Emulator v1.30.12

Atomulator is an open-source emulator for the Acorn Atom microcomputer, designed to accurately reproduce its hardware and software architecture. Initially developed for Windows, Linux, and Raspberry Pi, it also supports macOS, providing extended compatibility for users who want to run original software (games, utilities, programs) on this platform. Although not officially maintained for macOS, the emulator remains playable on recent systems, provided a compatible compiled version is available (binary executable or source code to port). Enabling this is more accurate to the original Atom. - Dump VIA to log - Dumps the state of VIA emulation to the rlog file for future debugging. This release does NOT have the following change from [hoglet67/Atomulator](https://github.com/hoglet67/Atomulator): - Updated ramrom.rom file. For some reason this totally breaks AtoMMC functionality. I've decided to hold off on merging this for now.
