Added Debug Settings menu with following options:
New version! The following changes have been implemented:
Added About window. This currently pauses emulation until window is closed.
Dump VIA to log - Dumps the state of VIA emulation to the rlog file for future debugging.
Updated ramrom.rom file. For some reason this totally breaks AtoMMC functionality. I've decided to hold off on merging this for now.

This currently pauses emulation until window is closed. - Integrated latest changes from [hoglet67/Atomulator](https://github.com/hoglet67/Atomulator) that were easy to merge in. - Added Debug Settings menu with following options: - Allow Overscan - Disabling cleans up the display due to changes in display drawing routines. Enabling this is more accurate to the original Atom. - Dump VIA to log - Dumps the state of VIA emulation to the rlog file for future debugging. This release does NOT have the following change from [hoglet67/Atomulator](https://github.com/hoglet67/Atomulator): - Updated ramrom.rom file.
