GeoMAME
GeoMAME is an emulator specialized in the arcade systems Neo-Geo MVS and AES, as well as certain SNK cabinets using compatible hardware. Developed by Andrew Blum based on the architecture of MacMAME, it allows playing iconic arcade games from these platforms on macOS, with a focus on technical accuracy.
Although the project is abandoned, it remains functional on recent versions of macOS, including those compatible with Apple Silicon. Its use requires legal ROMs and BIOS, and its performance varies depending on the compiled version. No official updates are planned.
