Interpréteur qui ne se focalise que sur les jeux LucasArt, mais qui n'utilise pas le principe de ScummVM de ré-écriture du moteur de jeu, mais de gérer les jeux, principalement ceux édités sur Windows, via une émulation x86 (non basé sur DOSBox).

What’s New in 3.0?

DREAMM 3.0 is a major release, with a ton of upgrades and improvements under the hood that would be ridiculous to try and enumerate. Instead, here’s a super high-level list of user-facing emulation improvements:

  • Support for all remaining LucasArts/LucasFilm DOS games
  • Better 16-bit Windows support for installers and screensavers
  • Expansion packs and upgraders now supported for most games that had them
  • Video output now done with OpenGL, including new support for CRT simulation
  • Most DOS games now run in a fixed execution mode for more consistent behavior
  • Many new functions implemented in the system BIOS, video BIOS, DOS, and Windows
